Forty Fields is dedicated to making ethics an ongoing part of professional development. I work with businesses and non-profits of all sizes to provide ethics expertise in strategic planning, professional development, public affairs, and ethical corporate cultures.

The Founder

Tricia Griffin, MFA, has nearly 20 years of experience building strong corporate reputation programs, managing crises, and cultivating ethical decision-making. I have a proven ability to integrate actionable, values-based ethics principles into all areas of business, including strategy, finance, technology, human resources, communications, and marketing.

I currently sit on the Board of Directors for the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities in Chicago and am a member of the Graduate Advisory Board for Creighton University in Omaha. I previously served on the Board of Directors for the St. Anthony Foundation in San Francisco and on the Advisory Board for Dignity Health’s Global Missions. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from U.C. Berkeley, a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from the University of San Francisco, and I am a candidate for a Master of Science in Bioethics and a Master of Public Health from Creighton University.
